Cem Arda Tepe is a Senior Associate at Tepe Law Office, bringing an internationally trained legal background with bachelor's degrees from Queen Mary, University of London and the University of Manchester, alongside an LLM in Capital Markets and Commercial Law from Bahçeşehir University.

Arda specialises in tax matters relating to foreign clients in Turkey. He has a unique understanding of legal and tax matters, which is crucial for individuals and companies that wish to establish themselves in Turkey and benefit from tax incentives and exemptions. His knowledge covers property tax, customs, free trade zones, transit commerce, personal income tax, and corporate income tax. His LLM thesis, Anti-Dumping Measures Under Turkish and US Laws (2026, supervised by Prof. Dr. Zafer Kahraman), compares how Turkey and the United States apply anti-dumping duties under the WTO framework.
